Our Values

  • Communication

  • Transparency

  • Support

  • We value parental involvement in their child's occupational therapy journey, recognising its grounding role in reinforcing therapy strategies at home. Positive collaboration between therapist and parent or carer allows for an all rounded therapeutic approach in supporting skill development and goal attainment. This approach allows for the tailoring of interventions to suit each child's unique capabilities and home environment, ensuring optimal progress and development.

  • Skill development signifies progress, growth and increased independence. Observing young participants acquire new abilities or develop meaningful skills not only validates the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions but also instills a sense of accomplishment and empowerment for both the participant and their family.

  • This signifies not only physical progress but also an enhancement in independence, confidence, and overall quality of life for children. It encompasses the development of cognitive abilities, refinement of fine motor skills, mastery of gross motor skills, integration of sensory input, and achievement of developmental milestones. Such comprehensive growth in children underscores the profound impact their guidance and support can have on the well-being of young ones, fostering not only their immediate development but also shaping their trajectory into adulthood.

  • Observing young participants reach their milestones not only highlights the effectiveness of therapy but also reaffirms the transformative potential it holds in shaping the trajectory of their lives. As therapists, it inspires us and fills us with happiness to see children, who are active participants in their therapy, overcome challenges and reach their goals, fostering a sense of fulfillment and purpose in our work.
