  • We’re excited to offer FREE COMPLIMENTARY DIETITIAN sessions for children and families seeking general nutrition guidance and support.

    These sessions are designed as a short, informal Q&A consultation, providing practical strategies and recommendations tailored to your child and family’s needs.

    Session Times

    - 9:00am – 12:00pm
    - 1:00pm – 5:00pm

    Each session runs for 20 minutes.

     Mode of Delivery

    Sessions are available in person at the Aligned OT clinic or via telehealth, depending on your preference and therapist availability.

    What’s Included

    These sessions may include:
    - General diet and nutrition-related questions
    - Discussion of everyday concerns (e.g. fussy eating, routines, nutrition balance)
    - Practical strategies and recommendations where appropriate
